Seasonal flood threatened community
With more use of carbon energy today, the output of carbon dioxide has increased rapidly and lead to environment deterioration. Greenhouse effect makes the flood more and more frequent than ever. The program is designed against the flood.
There are three types of buildings for the people live in the flood threatened area. The first one tries to make use of natural power as well as the flood energy, although it cost more than conventional house but we will benefit from it in the future and especially for our environment. The second type is based on the reuse of an existing steelwork, and it will provide temporary houses for the homeless when flood. It uses the energy of water and solar power. The last type is a subway station design which will be shelters for the homeless when flood.
